Q: How long does a treatment take?
A: Average treatment takes approximately 20 minutes.
Q: When will I see results? How long do they last?
A: The top layer of skin will re-grow and can be covered with makeup within about one week, at which time you will see noticeable improvements in your skin’s texture, tone, and wrinkle appearance. Deeper laser treatments also stimulate the growth of new collagen over the next four to six months.
Q: Are there any side effects?
A: Mild complications of Erbium:YAG laser resurfacing include milia, acne exacerbation, contact dermatitis, or perioral dermatitis. Moderate complications include prolonged erythema, transient post-treatment hyperpigmentation, and delayed hypopigmentation.
Q: Who is a good candidate?
A: Patients with realistic expectations and mild to moderate skin conditions. If you have fine lines or wrinkles around your eyes or mouth or on your forehead, shallow scars from acne, or non-responsive skin after a facelift, then you may be a good candidate for Erbium Laser Resurfacing.

Q: Is It Right for Me?
A: The Er-YAG Laser Peel is perfect for:
Maintenance: Great for regular treatments to keep your skin looking fresh and youthful between more aggressive procedures.
First-time laser patients: Those looking to try laser skin resurfacing without the commitment of a more intensive treatment.
Skin refresh: If you want a quick, noticeable improvement in your skin’s texture and radiance.
Busy lifestyles: Minimal downtime means you can return to work or daily activities almost immediately.
Q: How Should I Prepare?
A: You can prepare for the treatment as the following:
Come in with a clean face, free of makeup or products.
Avoid sun exposure for a few days before your treatment to prevent irritation.
Discontinue retinoids or other active skincare products a few days prior, unless otherwise advised by your clinician.
laser hair removal

Q: How long does a treatment take?
A: Depends on size of area, each area can take 10-15 minutes.
Q: Will I need to take time off?
A: No, there is no downtime.
Q: Is it safe?
A: Yes, 810 Diode for hair removal has been clinically proven to be a safe method for all skin types.
Q: When will I see results? How long do they last?
A: You can begin to see hair fall out in approximately 1-3 weeks post-treatment. Laser hair removal can only damage hair that is in its active growth stage. Although hair will appear thinner and less noticeable with just one treatment, you’ll need to return for multiple follow-up appointments to see optimal results. After optimal treatment sessions of laser hair removal, you can enjoy long-lasting hair removal. Hair removal is not 100% permanent and hormones play a role in hair growth cycles, which may decrease depending on age. Hair that comes out of being dormant after several years will need to be treated.

Q: Is there downtime after the treatment?
A: There may be 24-48 hours of redness from tiny pin-point bleeding. This is normal and should subside quickly. Avoid NSAIDs and alcohol before treatment to reduce bleeding.
Q: Who should avoid this treatment?
A: Clients on blood thinners or those with certain medical conditions should avoid this treatment. If you have specific concerns, please consult with us before booking.
Q: Are there any side effects?
A: Results vary by treatment area but are typically long-lasting:
Face: Biostimulating effects can last up to 2+ years after a series of sessions.
Eyes and Lips: Effects are typically maintained with quarterly or biannual treatments.
Q: Does the treatment hurt?
A: Discomfort is minimal due to the fine needles used in mesotherapy. Most clients find the treatment tolerable, with only slight sensations during the procedure. We also numb your face before the procedure to minimize discomfort.
Photo Facial (IPL)

Q: Does it help anti-aging and collagen?
A: IPL will stimulate collagen growth by treating a deeper layer of skin, while improving texture, and reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
Q: How long does a treatment take?
A: Average treatment takes approximately 30-45 minutes.
Q: When will I see results? How long do they last?
A: Depending on what we’re trying to accomplish there will be different timelines.
Pigment
It will take four to six weeks to see the full results from a single treatment, however you should see dark spots fade and slough off within a week. If you complete a series of treatments about one month apart, the maximum results will be visible in two to three months after the last treatment.
Veins
The results of IPL begin to appear right after treatment and continue to improve over the next few days to weeks. It does take some time for veins to fully collapse and be reabsorbed by the body, so full results cannot be seen right away. If symptoms accompanied the spider veins, they are usually relieved immediately after treatment.
Q: Are there any side effects?
A: Mild complications of IPL include: Redness, swelling, light bruising, itching, peeling, and scabbing.
RF Microneedling
See Below
Q: Can it be used on all skin types?
A: Yes. Compared to laser treatments, the Pixel8 RF utilizes only radiofrequency energy. The microneedles are designed to precisely deliver the pulse towards the dermis tissues. Visually, there is no thermal damage made to the epidermis and almost completely removes any risks of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation on dark skin types.
Q: How long does a treatment take?
A: Sessions generally take 20-30 minutes, based on the area being treated. For patients requiring more intensive sessions, the duration of a session may run 30 minutes to 45 minutes long. Most patients will begin to see improvement after a single session, however, to complete your aesthetic goals, it is recommended that patients do upwards of three sessions.
Q: How does RF microneedling differ from other laser treatments?
A: Lasers can help on a variety of levels to resurface the skin by repairing damage caused by the sun, aging, or scars. RF microneedling treatments offer similar resurfacing results, with less downtime and for all skin types that may make it a better option for some patients.
Q: What is unique about RF Microneedling?
A: Traditional microneedling will deliver a positive effect over a few treatments; adding radiofrequency energy reduces the time it takes to see great results and increases the results seen. With RF microneedling, the results are produced faster, are more dramatic, and are longer-lived. RF operates at a higher frequency for enhanced patient comfort and quicker treatment times. It also has a proprietary enhanced delay which enables patients of all skin types to benefit from non-insulated needles. This allows for more sustained uniform heating throughout the procedure that should yield more significant textural and tightening results.

Q: How long does a treatment take?
A: Depends on size of area, each area can take 15 minutes or less.
Q: When will I see results? How long do they last?
A: Best results to be seen after 1-2 treatments. Leg vein resolution usually takes 8-12 weeks. At the end of this process, some vessels may be gone while others may be lighter or not affected. Can be a series of treatments for some veins. Additionally, the further down on the body, the more stubborn veins to treat.
Q: Is it safe?
A: Yes, for skin types I-III.
Q: Who is a good candidate?
A: Candidacy for long pulsed YAG laser treatments are dependent upon many factors, including age and overall health, the extent of your spider or varicose veins, your symptoms, your goals, and what your provider expects your condition to be in the future. However, the most common candidates are those with cherry angiomas, matted and superficial vessels, or visible spider veins.
