Theodore Weatherwax, MD
Founder & MEdical Director
Dr. Weatherwax is a board-certified family medicine physician with advanced fellowship training from Harvard, bringing a deep understanding of the connection between health, well-being, and confidence to his role as Founder and Medical Director of IAM Radiance.
With years of experience caring for patients from all walks of life, Dr. Weatherwax believes that how we feel about ourselves on the outside is an important part of overall wellness. He founded IAM Radiance with the mission to create a safe, evidence-based space where people can enhance their natural beauty while knowing they are in trusted medical hands.
Known for his gentle nature and deep compassion, Dr. Weatherwax brings heart to everything he does. Whether behind the scenes overseeing treatments or meeting clients in person, his goal is to ensure every client feels valued, cared for, and confident.
Mim Rewtawee, RN
Head nurse & General Manager
With over a decade of high-stakes emergency department experience, Mim is a dynamic registered nurse who brings a unique blend of grit, grace, and discipline shaped by her upbringing in Thailand as a nationally ranked Judo champion. Trained from a young age in the art of resilience, focus, and strength, she carries those values into nursing. Today, Mim channels that same fierce dedication and calming presence into her work at IAM Radiance, where clinical expertise meets traditional wellness. With a spirit as strong as her roots and a heart full of care, she’s helping others heal, rejuvenate, and feel empowered in their own skin.
