Business & Marketing Analyst
In this role, you will bridge the gap between data and strategy, working closely with marketing and operations to maximize clinic performance by analyzing customer acquisition metrics, retention patterns, and service usage trends to guide business decisions. You will develop dynamic dashboards and performance reports across social media, referral programs, seasonal promotions, and pricing effectiveness, while using statistical tools to model potential revenue outcomes, project patient volumes, and determine channel cost-effectiveness. Additionally, you will conduct comprehensive market analysis to assist in pricing strategies for advanced treatments like Botox, RF Microneedling, and laser therapy, support CRM segmentation strategies for personalized patient communication, and collaborate on testing new promotional campaigns. Ultimately, you will prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for senior management, delivering data-backed strategic recommendations and interpreting emerging medical aesthetic trends to inform new service development and competitive brand positioning.
Front desk Coordinator
As our Front Desk Coordinator, you are the heartbeat of the clinic, responsible for ensuring our daily operations run beautifully by warmly inviting clients, maintaining a pristine and relaxing waiting area, answering phone inquiries, and expertly managing our appointment calendar. In this hybrid role, you will also provide vital clinical support by assisting our practitioners during treatments (such as Botox, RF Microneedling, and laser therapies) and monitoring clinical consumables and retail inventory throughout the space. We are looking for a professional with a genuine passion for the skincare and aesthetics industry, exceptional communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and sharp attention to detail—ideally with previous experience in a medical clinic, spa, or luxury hospitality setting.
